The AI Adoption Audit
A Four-Week Engagement
The Problem
You've built something real. 15,000 customers, a community that shows up, live events people actually attend, and a creative voice that feels human in a space full of noise. That's hard to do.
But your growth engine has a single point of failure. 85% of revenue runs through Meta. A lifetime offer that was crushed last year but is expected to maintain YoY. A small creative team being asked to produce at a volume that almost broke you when it was just you doing it alone.
The question isn't whether AI can help. It's whether you can build the workflow to use it without losing the authenticity that makes Augment work.
That gap — between the tools available and the team's ability to use them at volume without losing the voice — is what I call the Adoption Layer. It's where most small, fast-moving creative organizations stall. And it's exactly what I've spent the last three years figuring out.
What This Is
A four-week diagnostic engagement designed to map exactly where your creative workflow is breaking down — and what it would take to get more output, more variation, and more volume without burning your team or diluting your brand.
I enter as a diagnostician, not a vendor. I'm not selling you a platform or a training program. I'm figuring out how to make what you already have work harder.
How It Works
Week 1
Intake
Conversations with your creative team, your growth function, and you. Where does work get stuck? Where does quality slip? What does your current AI usage actually look like versus what leadership thinks it looks like?
Week 2
Workflow Mapping
I map your current content creation process end to end. Brief to concept. Concept to production. Production to publish. Looking for where AI tools could compress time — and where inserting them would break the voice.
Week 3
Tool & Workflow Testing
I test specific interventions against your actual content needs. Not demos. Not case studies. Your workflows, your brand voice, your team. What actually works in your environment.
Week 4
Roadmap Delivery
A prioritized roadmap. Not a slide deck. A working document that tells you what to implement first, what to hold, and what to ignore — with the reasoning behind each call.
Why Me
I served as Creative Director at MasterClass for eight years, spending the final three leading AI implementations for the video and content team. I was there as the company scaled from under 100 employees and $50M in revenue to over 350 employees and $350M+ in revenue. I saw firsthand what happens to creative teams when rapid growth mandates hit: some adapted, while most faltered.
I cut campaign production cycles in half — moving from 16 weeks to 8. By implementing agile two-week sprint models and AI-integrated workflows, I enabled a small team to scale output significantly while maintaining the creative standard that defined the brand.
I also lived through the shadow AI activity — what happens when creatives start using tools the org hasn't approved yet, because they have to. That's not a compliance problem. That's a signal. It means the team wants to move. They just need the structure to do it safely.
Before that, thirty years building creative work at the highest level — advertising, post-production, gaming, documentary, streaming.
The bottleneck is never the tools. It's always the people and the process. That's the problem I solve.
